1. Can I host a group order?

Yes, please feel free to! All items are in-stock and whatever is available online, is available for you to order. Please make your orders directly through my website as we will not be managing any group orders. If you purchase any items through someone else's group order, we will not be responsible for any problems that may arise that are out of my control.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based in Singapore, and we ship internationally through SingPost, and you will be sent a tracking number which can be tracked through their website. Please note that tracking information after dispatch from Singapore is subjected to the destination post's availability.


3. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are flat rate, meaning it will be the same price no matter how much you purchase (for all items excluding playing cards). For local packages, it is a flat rate of US$2, and for international packages, it is a flat rate of US$8. If your order contains playing cards, it will be calculated based on weight at checkout.


4. How long will my items take to arrive?

Items will be dispatched within 4 working days of your order being successfully placed. International shipping will take 3-14 working days, and Singapore based orders will take 3-5 working days to arrive. If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will only ship once the pre-order items have arrived!


5. My items haven't arrived, what do I do?

If your items have not arrived after 18 working days from posting for international orders, or 7 working days from posting for Singapore-based orders, please contact us and we will send an enquiry to SingPost and check on your items.

Most of the time the items manage to make it's way to you, otherwise it may get sent back. In that case, you can choose to decide whether or not you would like us to send it out again (shipping fees will be covered), or opt for a refund.


6. What is the difference between grade A, B, or C pins/keychains?

Some pins and keychains come in less than ideal conditions. The grading system is a way for people on a budget to still purchase an item they like, without having to splurge if they are not picky about the details. To read about how we grade my items, please click here!


7. My items that have arrived are different from what I ordered or came damaged!
